By accessing or using the Edukree platform, website, or any related services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a school or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
Edukree provides a cloud-based academic management platform designed for schools. Our Services include, but are not limited to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of the Services at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
Schools access Edukree through an institutional account managed by a designated administrator. Account holders are responsible for:
We may suspend or terminate accounts where we have reason to believe these Terms have been violated.
You agree not to use our Services to:
Your data is yours. All school data, student data, and academic content entered into Edukree remains the property of the school. We act as a data processor on your behalf and do not claim ownership of any content you create or upload.
You may export your data at any time during your subscription. Upon termination, we will retain your data for 90 days to allow export, after which it will be securely deleted.
Subscription fees are agreed upon in the service agreement signed between Edukree and the school. Payment terms, billing cycles and pricing are as specified in that agreement.
All rights in the Edukree platform, software, design, trademarks and documentation are owned by Edukree and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the Services.
By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve our Services.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, though we work hard to maintain high availability and security standards.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Edukree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by your school in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the terms specified therein. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have materially violated these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including data ownership, intellectual property, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably before pursuing legal remedies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify school administrators via email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
